Requirements

• Develop and execute strategic transformation initiatives.
• Lead transformation initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
• Establish Six Sigma or equivalent methodology driven team structure and processes.
• Document current operational processes and metric with potential & feasibility for optimization.
• Manage partner between technology and operations for optimization solution discovery, implementation, deployment and digital operations.
