Manager, Mainframe Systems Programming - CICS

Ensono is seeking a Manager, Mainframe Systems Programming – CICS, MQ, and WAS to coordinate and delegate the responsibilities of their assigned IT teams. The role involves technical and soft skill coaching, project management, quality audits, and client/team/Business unit meetings. The manager will also lead team development and provide technical support to the SW solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience within an IT Operations environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on technical experience installing z/OS and 3rd party mainframe software
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and have attention to detail
• Ability to effectively coordinate and lead internal resources
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CICS, MQ, and/or WAS is a plus
