Senior CICS Systems Programmer

Ensono is seeking a Senior CICS Systems Programmer to support their mainframe clients. The role involves providing premium system programming support, troubleshooting CICS related problems, and assisting with customer migration services. The company offers services across all hybrid environments with cloud-native development, mainframe and application modernization, and public cloud migration.

Requirements

• Provide premium CICS system programming support and services to Ensono mainframe clients
• Fulfill customer service requests for mainframe z/OS customers
• Provide primary support for reported problems related to CICS TS and OEM software products
• Communicate issue status to customers and management
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
• Assist project manager in customer migration
