Job Description
The Field Service Engineer II role is responsible for providing field service support and assistance to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and upgrade equipment at customer locations. The role involves providing technical assistance, developing documentation, and promoting preventative maintenance agreements. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Technical, engineering, or scientific degree or equivalent field service experience
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, SAP, and Airba skills
- Fluent Mandarin, capable of written and oral English
- Strong communication skills, English fluency a significant plus
- Semiconductor and/or gas industry experience a plus
- Ability to obtain a valid Passport and Visas for international travel
