Manager, Materials Quality Engineering

The Manager, Materials Quality Engineering will lead a prevention-focused culture across our raw material ecosystem, shaping systems, standards, and execution models to ensure consistent, predictable material performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
• 10+ years industry experience; 3+ years people leadership required
• Experience managing employees both in-person and remotely preferred
• Strong understanding of SPC, FMEA, materials characterization. Six Sigma Green Belt desired
• Proficiency with Minitab, JMP, SAS, SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office
