Senior AI Engineer

Enteractive is a leader in player engagement and retention for the iGaming industry, combining human interaction with technology to deliver unique customer experiences at scale. We're expanding our AI capabilities and seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of production-grade AI systems, focusing on self-hosted models.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering
• Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Experience deploying models in on-prem or hybrid environments
• Strong Python skills and experience building production APIs/services
• Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, batching, GPU utilization)
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate autonomously
