
Job description
As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients facing technical difficulties. Your role will be essential in delivering prompt and effective troubleshooting assistance, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting a productive technical atmosphere.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Assist in setting up new employee workstations and documenting solutions in the ticketing system.
A successful Help Desk Technician will have the capability to troubleshoot both software and hardware issues, possess extensive knowledge of computer software and hardware, and demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities.
