Management Trainee

Role Overview

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility as a Management Trainee. You'll learn our business from day one, master knowledge and skills, and eventually run your own branch. You'll be based out of one of our neighborhood branches and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

What You Will Do

As a MT, you'll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You'll also establish relationships essential to building your own business and put our customers first.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or a related field
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
