Management Trainee

Role Overview

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility as a Management Trainee. You'll learn our business from day one and master the skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You'll be based out of one of our neighborhood branches and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

What You Will Do

As a MT, you'll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You'll also establish relationships essential to building your own business and put our customers first.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on Driving Record within the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
• At least 18 years of age
