
Job description
As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from the ground up and develop commercial relationships with dealers, repair shops, and other local businesses. You will gain responsibility as you grow in the company to develop and maintain our commercial relationships, carry out cost control, and create a strategy to improve the office's financial results.
Your day-to-day will involve working to achieve established objectives and KPIs, learning the functioning of the mobility services market, contracting management and reservations, and checking the state of the vehicles at delivery and collection.
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and commercial orientation, a university degree or higher studies completed, flexibility to work weekends and/or rotating shifts, an essential level of English B2, a driving license one year old, and an EU residence permit.
