Management Trainee

Role Overview

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility as a Management Trainee. You'll learn our business from day one, master knowledge and skills, and eventually run your own branch. You'll serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and be the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

You'll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You'll get out into the community, establish relationships, and cultivate new business. You'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on Driving Record within the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
• At least 18 years of age
