Role Overview

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility as a Management Trainee. You'll learn the business from day one, master skills, and eventually run your own branch. You'll be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and the operational expert. You'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.

What You Will Do

Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, provide customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Learn to excel in these areas and put customers first. You'll also establish relationships in the community to build your own business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or a related field
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week
• At least 18 years old
