Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash Specialist to fully own the Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash process in a standalone capacity. The ideal candidate is persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable being customer-facing, handling both inbound and outbound communication with clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable / Collections experience
- Proven experience managing high-volume and complex AR portfolios, including aged balances
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and collection strategies
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Benefits
- Performance Bonus: $300 ā $500 USD/month
- Base Salary: $1,500 ā $1,800 USD/month (depending on experience)
