We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Switzerland. As a sales representative, you will be the driving force in turning leads into customers, coordinating appointments, and managing follow-ups with care professionals. We offer a fixed salary + attractive bonus model, 25 days of vacation per year, and a young, dynamic team with start-up mentality in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Commercial education and first experience in sales
- Communication strength, empathy, and structured work methods
- Swiss German as native language
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Care experience is nice to have, but not a must
