We are looking for a dedicated Process Engineer (Production Technologist) to strengthen our dynamic Compound team and contribute significantly to the performance of our production facilities through stable, efficient, and quality-controlled processes. The Process Engineer will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and continuously improving process-related and product-specific process parameters to ensure stable production processes and consistently high product quality.
Requirements
- Solid technical knowledge in process engineering, plastics technology, or compounding
- Reliable, constructive, creative, and persistent work style, as well as excellent team and communication skills
- Several years of experience in the chemical industry, ideally in the compounding environment
- Successful completion of a degree (e.g., plastics technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering) or completion of an apprenticeship as a chemist with further training as a technician or master
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
