Production Manager

Role Overview

The Production Manager is the prime contact between customers and partners and the revenue generation teams to facilitate the proper execution of all jobs and projects. They own the prioritization of production, planning, coordinating, and controlling all steps in the production process to ensure client deliverables are supplied on time and within budget.

What You Will Do

Strive to increase productivity via efficiency to ensure profitability, lead production prioritization, and use Power BI to ensure regular reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Audiovisual Technologies, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications in project management, production management, quality assurance, or audiovisual technologies
• Proven experience in production coordination, project coordination, operations coordination, media operations, or audiovisual production management
• Experience managing client deliverables, production timelines, budgets, priorities, and operational workflows
• Experience coordinating both on-site and off-site production activities
• Previous exposure to customer-facing or partner-facing roles
• Experience supporting or managing quality assurance processes within production, media, AV, digitization, or technical operations environments
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across operations, sales, service, support, infrastructure, production systems, and management functions
