Operate, monitor, and adjust milk treatment installations, adhering to safety and food hygiene regulations. Ease with computer tools and machine interfaces. Punctuality, autonomy, and teamwork are required.
Operate reception, pasteurization, standardization, calcium, and serum protein preparation installations. Prepare milks, perform traceability controls, and clean equipment.
