We are the market leader for digital ticketing solutions in public transport in Germany and are looking to expand our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth, develop relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Actively drive revenue growth by expanding and strategically developing existing customers
- Take full responsibility for key customers in the public transport and mobility industry
- Acquire new customers by identifying potential clients, conducting initial meetings, and presenting ticketing solutions convincingly
- Manage the entire sales process, from needs analysis to successful closure
- Oversee tenders and RFPs, develop concepts and proposals, and conduct bidder negotiations
- Provide strategic advice to customers, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and position products in the market
