Requirements
- Develop and manage the master production schedule based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capabilities
- Align production plans with material availability, labor resources, and equipment capacity
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure schedule feasibility and responsiveness to changes
- Monitor execution of the schedule and drive resolution of conflicts, shortages, or delays
- Maintain accurate planning parameters and data in ERP/MRP systems
- Analyze planning metrics (e.g., schedule adherence, capacity utilization, inventory turns) and drive improvements
- Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and long-term capacity planning efforts
- Lead coordination of production schedules for new product launches or engineering changes
