Operations Analyst

Support the Operations Team Lead in managing and coordinating daily analytics operations and support within the enterprise Analytics domain. Share responsibility for ensuring that global analytics operations and support processes function smoothly and consistently.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience working in the BI / Analytics domain
• Experience working in global organizations with distributed or decentralized teams
• Ability to quickly understand existing systems, operational workflows, and technical dependencies
• Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be service‐minded, structured, and detail‐oriented
• Be results‐driven, adaptable, and comfortable working with shared responsibility
