Technical Trainer

Epirus is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training programs and technical documentation for our products and services. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical writing and training experience who enjoys translating complex material into practical, user-friendly learning resources.

Requirements

• Contribute to the design and development of customer training programs and support plans
• Create and maintain training materials, technical documentation, lesson plans, and multimedia learning assets
• Author, edit, and update technical manuals and learning materials
• Deliver and coordinate instructor-led technical training
• Collect and analyze feedback and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
• Ensure training deliverables meet compliance standards and readiness requirements
