
Job description
Field Service Engineers play a leading role in supporting the onsite technical needs of Epredia customers. They provide world-class service, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues on electromechanical instruments. This is a highly autonomous role with travel up to 5 days a week.
Provide world-class service to customers, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, use expert troubleshooting skills, manage service call scheduling, and build trust-based relationships with customers.
Ideal candidate has energy and drive, a passion for serving customers, and a growth mindset. They must be able to travel up to 80% and work a rotating On-Call schedule, including weekends and holidays.
