Ethics & Compliance Solution Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced Ethics & Compliance professional to join our organization and partner with our sales team in the DACH market to advise prospective customers on how to best use our Ethics & Compliance platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a compliance and ethics-related role—ideally within a corporate environment or SaaS company
• Technical fluency: able to explain concepts like APIs & comfortable navigating easy to use software platforms
• Deep understanding of Ethics & Compliance program challenges, priorities, and workflows
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage stakeholders from compliance officers to technical evaluators
• Languages proficiencies: fluent in both German & English (C1/C2)
• Collaborative team player who enjoys networking across departments and functions
