We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have to manage, retain, and expand our existing B2B customer portfolio.
Customer portfolio management, customer retention and loyalty, growth opportunities identification, strategic consulting, performance analysis, and reporting.
Strong customer orientation, excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills, ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, and familiarity with CRM tools.
