Purchasing Coordinator

EquipmentShare is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to build the future of construction. This role is responsible for taking demand indicators and placing purchase orders with approved suppliers and OEMs. The Purchasing Coordinator will analyze demand forecasts, required lead times, and expected need dates to place accurate orders. The role also involves tracking POs and communicating expected arrival dates to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Gain approvals for purchases prior to placement from the approving manager
• Track and communicate expected arrival dates of parts/equipment to internal/external customers
• Participate in cross-functional projects to develop a best-in-class supply chain operation
• Comply with company SOPs regarding supply/demand/purchasing practices
