
Job description
The Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our Workday HCM system. This role serves as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality, supporting end users, managing system configurations, ensuring data integrity, and partnering with HR and business stakeholders to leverage Workday capabilities that support organizational goals.
Administers and maintains Workday HCM modules, configures business processes, manages system maintenance, creates and maintains employee lifecycle business processes, coordinates Workday releases and updates, monitors system performance, and maintains system documentation.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and excellent customer service orientation. Experience with Workday configuration, security administration, and business process design is required, as well as demonstrated experience with HR data management and reporting.
