Eridan is a deep tech startup looking for a Project Manager to create and own project management processes, leading cross-functional teams to deliver software. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of project management experience, strong Jira proficiency, and the ability to communicate with software engineers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Strong Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- Ability to communicate with software engineers
- Ability to build or significantly improve PM processes
- Action-oriented and self-directed
- Comfortable with conflict
- Adaptable and calm under ambiguity
- Active user of AI productivity tools
- Nice to have: Process Engineer, Operations Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer background
- Experience in an early-stage startup or similarly fast-moving technical environment
- Familiarity with hardware/software hybrid product development cycles
- PMP certification or equivalent formal PM training
- Exposure to government contracts or grant-funded project structures
