Ensure seamless inventory flow, strict regulatory adherence, and operational excellence within an Export Oriented Unit. Lead inventory accuracy, stock control, and reconciliation processes. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Stores/Inventory/Logistics within manufacturing (preferably EOU/export-oriented setup)
- Strong expertise in customs compliance, EOU regulations, and statutory documentation
- Proven experience managing high-volume inventory in engineering/heavy manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and process-driven organizations (MNC exposure required)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English
- Effective people management skills including delegation, feedback, coaching & mentoring
