
Job description
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the external service (Application Engineers) and internal service (via the Teamleader Internal Sales) while focusing on technical development, process optimization, and result-oriented collaboration. You will build bridges between customer needs and product offerings, with the goal of sustainable customer relationships and growth.
Your responsibilities will include leadership & coaching, commercial strategy & data, collaboration & coordination, solution selling & push-pull strategy, and developing targeted sales strategies based on customer segmentation and market insights.
