
Job description
The Senior Learning Specialist plays a crucial role in the Training and Development team, responsible for supporting and coordinating the creation and delivery of effective training programs. This role involves assessing organizational development needs, creating content, developing curricula, and managing learning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities include consulting with internal stakeholders, leading the assessment of training needs, designing and implementing curricula, facilitating learning sessions, and utilizing the Learning Management System to deliver and track training.
The ideal candidate has experience with various training methods, including classroom/virtual classroom training, on-the-job training, coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning. Experience with different learning programs such as management training and technical skills development is preferred.
