Construction Superintendent

Essel is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Manage daily on-site construction operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, and provide progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
