Essel Environmental has partnered with a Leading Commercial General Contractor looking for an experienced Superintendent with 5+ years of experience on Commercial, Residential, and DSA projects throughout the Northern California region.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore for project documentation and management.
• Supervise construction site activities to guarantee compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams effectively.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure project budgets are maintained.
• Provide leadership in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
