The Construction Superintendent for Multi-Family Housing will oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale residential developments, ensuring that all aspects of construction are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the project scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Manage all phases of the multi-family housing project
• Direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews
• Implement and enforce all safety protocols
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Monitor on-site expenditures and control project costs
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Address and resolve day-to-day challenges and unforeseen issues that arise on site
• Maintain accurate project records
