Financial Analyst

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of our commercial performance, turning numbers into insight, and insight into action. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful insights that influence sales performance across multiple markets.

What You Will Do

You'll analyse trends, spot risks and opportunities, and bring the story behind the numbers to life. You'll support sales performance analysis across multiple markets, tracking key metrics and identifying trends that drive decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Natural curiosity, you enjoy understanding the 'why' behind the numbers
• Confidence working with data (Excel essential; Power BI a plus)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Good understanding of core financial concepts (e.g. P&L, forecasting, variance analysis)
• Proactive, driven and keen to develop in a commercial finance role
• Ability to stay organised and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
