Job description
As QA Automation Lead, you'll own the automation foundation for our cross-functional product squads, setting standards, defining what good looks like, and staying hands-on to make it real. You'll split your time between building and governing, close to the code and strategic enough to move the team forward.
Define and establish a unified automation framework, set and measure automation KPIs, translate requirements into automated test strategies, and govern and refine test automation standards.
You'll lead by doing, balancing hands-on technical delivery with cross-team alignment and leadership-level reporting. You'll build trust across teams through consistent standards, clear communication, and results that are visible to everyone.
