Fulfillment and Logistics Associate Manager

Lead Etaily's warehouse operations and last-mile delivery performance as the Fulfillment & Logistics Manager. Key responsibilities include managing 3PL partners, conducting operational audits, and leading team of fulfillment and logistics specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations, specifically within E-commerce or Retail
• Hands-on and solution-oriented leadership style
• Proven ability to manage 'on-ground' teams such as riders, warehouse staff, or field auditors
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
