Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in the veterinary field, with a strong background in veterinary customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and veterinarians.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must have the stamina to work past regularly scheduled shifts as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient movement.
