We're hiring a Director of Product to lead the team behind our Enterprise Systems business unit, which owns two of our most critical surfaces: the member portal and our policy administration platform. This is a high-ownership role for a builder, requiring experience shipping and scaling product at a leading consumer technology company, thinking rigorously about users and data, and operating with urgency.
Requirements
- Set the vision and define a clear medium- and long-term strategy for the member portal and policy administration platform, grounded in customer insight and business goals
- Own the roadmap and build a data-informed roadmap that balances new product bets, platform investments, and continuous optimization
- Lead cross-functionally and partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and operations to ship end-to-end experiences
- Drive execution and stay close to the work, leading product development from ideation through launch and impact measurement
- Build a strong experimentation culture and establish a rigorous testing cadence that combines incremental optimization with bigger bets
- Scale the platform and work with sales, operations, and policy admin teams to set clear goals for performance, reliability, and user experience
- Build the team and hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers
