Department Manager - Soho

The Department Manager is a Brand Ambassador to ETRO while upholding all qualitative and quantitative objectives. The Department Manager is responsible for motivating the team in achieving sales results, ensuring an excellent client experience, being present on the sales floor, and leading by example with personal sales, client engagement and results.

Requirements

• Achieve individual sales goals and objectives set by the Store Manager
• Lead by example, role model the client journey and uphold the client experience at all times
• Manage the customer flow to ensure the best possible service and that no client is left unattended
