Store Manager - Sawgrass

ETRO is seeking a Store Manager to lead all facets of the business to achieve objectives and exceed sales and KPI's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship building skills, a luxury sector experience, and a passion for Retail Sales with elevated clienteling skills.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years' experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
• Strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results; adaptable, problem solver and strategic
• Well connected with a strong ability to engage; true brand ambassador
• Passionate for Retail Sales with elevated clienteling skills
• Strong aspiration for team development and performance management
