
Job description
The Talent Programs Manager will execute Etsy's recurring talent programs, including promotions, talent planning, annual performance reviews, and development check-ins. This role requires project management expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
Develop project plans, identify gaps or risks, optimize collaboration between teams, develop materials for program understanding, collect and translate business requirements, and produce accurate reporting.
