Associate Director, Office of the President

Eurasia Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director in the Office of the President to support the team on principal briefings, event follow up, and executive relationship management. The ideal candidate has an understanding of international relations, a proven track record of relationship management, and expertise in the events and business industries.

Requirements

• Drafting and reviewing principal’s meeting prep materials
• Coordinating with teams across the firm for relevant inputs on client and policymaker briefings
• Managing post event follow-up and other projects with president’s team and key stakeholders across the firm
• Facilitating internal processes to ensure principal’s account engagement is addressing client needs
• Taking the pen on correspondence and discussion documents to advance priorities
• Project management and execution
• Scheduling coordination and logistics for president’s speaking engagements and meetings
