Job Description
Eurasia Group is seeking a highly skilled Tier III Information Technology Technician with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure administration, and Microsoft 365. This role will serve as a senior technical escalation point and subject matter expert for endpoint management, identity governance, and cloud service optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft cloud tools
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of Azure AD
- Comfortable writing PowerShell scripts
- Experience using security tools like Microsoft Defender
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- English fluency - spoken and written form
