Information Technology Technician- Microsoft Endpoint and Cloud Systems

Eurasia Group is seeking a highly skilled Tier III Information Technology Technician with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure administration, and Microsoft 365. This role will serve as a senior technical escalation point and subject matter expert for endpoint management, identity governance, and cloud service optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft cloud tools
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of Azure AD
• Comfortable writing PowerShell scripts
• Experience using security tools like Microsoft Defender
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• English fluency - spoken and written form
