Job description
As a Proposal Manager, you will be at the heart of shaping our company’s future market success. This role is not just about managing proposals — it’s about defining and delivering winning value propositions that drive growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
Manage the end-to-end proposal process for complex CDMO projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare comprehensive proposals including technical approach, timelines, costing, supports pricing, and risk mitigation strategies.
This role is a springboard to a commercial leadership position, builds expertise in strategy, leadership, and business impact, and offers an attractive compensation package with above-average social benefits.
