Lead Solution Architect – Corporate Support Applications

Lead Solution Architect – Corporate Support Applications in Euroclear, responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for corporate support applications across Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, working closely with engineering teams, business teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including roles in solution architecture or as a senior functional consultant.
• Strong understanding of various corporate support areas (Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Supply Chain...).
• Experience in the banking sector, ideally in the Compliance area and/or with major software packages (Oracle eBusiness Suite, Tagetik, Ariba, PeopleSoft, NetReveal...).
• Experience designing integrated solutions across complex enterprise landscapes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills — able to “sell” architecture decisions.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF, IAF, OAA (a strong plus).
