Job Description
We're looking for a Laborant / Food Chemist to support our laboratory team in Hamburg. You'll take on responsible tasks in food analysis, including operation and maintenance of modern chromatography systems, independent project processing, and method validations.
Requirements
- Completed studies in food chemistry, analytical chemistry, food science, or related fields
- Experience in gas and liquid chromatography, preferably in food analysis
- Fluent German language skills (min. B2.2) in writing and speaking, and good English language skills
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIMS), automation, or programming is advantageous
- First experiences in method development and validation
