
Job description
The Warehouse Admin Assistant is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming materials in support of daily operations. This role ensures accurate handling, organization, and tracking of inventory to support timely order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
Manage the shipping and receiving of all products, materials, and supplies. Assemble and prepare various collection kit types for delivery to retail and corporate partners. Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer or partner complaints, working proactively toward resolution.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work within established processes.
