The Executive Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and effective management of schedules, communications, and projects.
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings, prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle confidential information.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with office software, and high level of discretion and professionalism are required.
