The European Patent Office (OEB) welcomes students as part of their "Rechtsreferendarzeit" (practical training period between the first and second state examination for law students in Germany). The legal internship takes place at the OEB in Munich.
Requirements
- Have passed the first German state examination in law and have been admitted as a "Rechtsreferendar" to prepare for the second German state examination.
- Have the nationality of one of the member states of the OEB.
- Have excellent knowledge of one of the official languages of the OEB (German, English, and French) and good knowledge of another of these languages.
