Analyst, Strategy & Operations

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will work on high-priority projects from initial strategy through to execution and implementation, driving tangible impact across the organization and shaping how we scale a platform built for the next generation of commercial fleets.

Requirements

• Develop and drive EV Realty's strategic planning frameworks
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Build financial models and business cases
• Support geographic expansion efforts
• Work with prospective and existing customers
• Track and synthesize industry trends and policy developments
• Translate research and analysis into clear, structured outputs
• Support the development of internal processes, reporting frameworks, and operational infrastructure
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
